“It all started with a grape. One harvest, I popped a Delaware grape into my mouth–so distinct and delicious–and I needed to know how this grape gained the world’s attention in the late 1800s with a traditional method sparkling wine. I wanted to explore more expressions of Finger Lakes sparkling–expanding the line to include the queen of the Finger Lakes, Riesling, as well as a stellar Cornell-developed hybrid, Cayuga White.” -Erin
