Reminiscent of cloudy apple juice in both color and flavor, this low-alcohol Pet Nat opens with wild aromas of apple, lemon pith, florals and baker’s yeast, with a herbal underbelly. It’s dry and pithy with a chalky texture, orchard fruit acidity and crisp fizz. Refreshing and only a little funky. — Christina Pickard
