93, James Suckling
Deep, savory nose with plenty of forest berries, plus some rooty and minty character. Concentrated and structured on the palate with a cool personality, in spite of having quite some body. Restrained power at the stony and savory finish. A cuvée of 50% cabernet sauvignon, 30% merlot and 20% cabernet franc. Drink or hold.

Brown brick red color. Aromas and flavors of clay, balsamic drizzled cherries and olives, smoked gherkins and nuts, and tobacco with a supple, vibrant, dryish medium body and an effortless, compelling, medium-long finish revealing accents of blackberries, cedar, dolmades, and mixed nuts with well-integrated, chewy tannins and light oak flavor. A distinctive, savory and inviting red blend with great table appeal.
