The 2018 vintage was trying for all with ripeness being a key struggle and rain a constant. Picking decisions were dictated mostly by the weather as clean, dry fruit was essential. Acids were lower than typical, but quality remained high. We put emphasis on a richer mouthfeel to complement the delicate, complex citrus notes.
