This is a wine in full maturity, the result of lengthy ageing under “flor” – a veil of yeasts, in American oak barrels using the solera and criaderas system.
Very dry, it denotes a salinity, complexity, intensity and length that is hard to compare, offering a long persistence on the palate. This is a rare breed of fino that is pure, serious and traditional. Tradición old fino: unique quality. Limited production.

Should preferably be enjoyed cool, in a wine glass. Extraordinary when combined with nuts, pickled goods, seafood, fish or dried, salted food.
